We can rest easy knowing that our mom is receiving individual attention every day. Lucy and helpers play games, make special food she likes and take the extra care required to attend to her individual medical needs. “The atmosphere at Destined Care is welcoming. Lucy, shows genuine compassion and dedication to her residents. She takes the time to get to know residents, their preferences, and medical needs, which is reassuring to know that residents are in good hands. The house itself is cozy and quiet, providing a homely environment for the residents. It is well-maintained, clean and comfortable. The nurse aide is generally attentive, and I noticed that she treats all the residents with kindness and respect.
